Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
- The item is not damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- You have proof of purchase or your order confirmation.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or other reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

- Personalized or Custom-Made Products
- Clearance or Final Sale Items
- Intimate Apparel (where applicable)
- Items marked as "Non-Returnable"
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
After reviewing your request, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact our customer support team.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Wait for return approval and instructions.
- Ship the item back using the instructions provided.
Please do not return items without prior approval, as they may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Urbon Fashion will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or an incorrect purchase by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return after receiving the order, subject to this policy.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you need a different size or color, please contact our support team. Exchange availability depends on stock.
